Each 10g box contains between 450-500 tiny beads which grow to 150 times their original size. 

JUMBO Water Beads contain min of 25 beads which grow to 50 times their original size.

Instructions for Water Beads: (see individual packaging for full instructions)
Place beads in a large container and add 6 cups of water. 
Allow 6- 8 hours for regular beads and 24 - 48 hours for JUMBO Water Beads to grow to full size.  Add more water if needed.
Glow In The Dark Beads - must be activated to glow, CHARGE with a bright light/torch before taking into the dark. The more you charge, the more they glow!
Rinse beads and store in a container
