At Little Red Fish we stand behind the quality of our children's swimwear. If you are not happy with the quality of your swimwear let us know within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will issue a refund- no stress, no fuss!

To take advantage of our Risk-free quality promise please Email us at april@littleredfish.com to notify us of your reason you are unhappy with the quality. Please include your order number if possible

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange your Little Red Fish swimwear, which was purchased online at www.littleredfish.com, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. Email us at april@littleredfish.com to notify us of your intention to return or exchange a garment. Please include your order number and provide a brief explanation for the return or exchange.

  2. Please note that we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges beyond 30 days from the original purchase date.

  3. For your return to be accepted, the garment must be unused, in a resalable condition, and have all original tags attached.

  4. Return the garment/s to Little Red Fish, 75D Ross Road, RD7, Whakamarama While the return shipping isn't provided we will ship your replacement goods at no cost.

  5. Your replacement garment/s or refund will be processed after we have received the return garment/s

Cancelled Orders

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us via email immediately (please note your order number for reference). If your order has not been dispatched, we will be able to cancel your order and arrange a full refund. If your order has been dispatched you will need to cover the cost to return the garments (in new condition, with all tags in place, within 30 days) to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please note we are unable refund delivery charges once a parcel has been dispatched.

Faulty Products

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your swimwear or you have received a faulty item please contact us immediately at april@littleredfish.com with photos of the fault and we will do our best to find a solution for you as soon as possible
