Delivery Information (NZ & International)
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Delivery options vary depending on your location. Please ensure you select your preferred delivery option at checkout if more than one option is available on the Shipping page.
We use NZ Post and Post Haste couriers

Delivery Limitations
Little Red Fish reserves the right to decline shipping to destinations experiencing delivery disruptions, unrest, or significant delays. If this occurs, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
All international customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs clearance charges. These costs are not covered by Little Red Fish Limited.
Holiday Periods
Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas or Easter.
Contact Details Required
A valid telephone number is required for all orders and will be included on your parcel to assist delivery. Orders cannot be dispatched without one.
Please also provide a working email address so we can contact you if needed regarding your order.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your delivery and email details are correct. Little Red Fish cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information supplied at checkout.
Stock Availability
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to discuss available options. Orders will be held until an agreeable solution is confirmed.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived, please contact us immediately at april@littleredfish.com with your order number. If required, you may be asked to complete a missing parcel declaration so we can determine whether a replacement, refund, or alternative arrangement is appropriate.
Delivery Timeframes
While parcels generally arrive within the estimated timeframes, Little Red Fish does not control all aspects of the delivery process. Delays may occur, particularly in rural areas or when parcels are held by customs.
