Delivery Options
LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Little Red Fish swimwear is carefully packaged in a stylish sealed opaque bag with our logo on the front. This is then packed in a secondary grey plastic mailer bag.
We aim to dispatch parcels within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
Little Red Fish offers a selection of delivery options (depending on the destination country).
PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED DELIVERY OPTION IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE ON THE 'SHIPPING PAGE' WHEN ORDERING.
Below are some general guidelines regarding the options and destinations (if you have any specific queries please email info@littleredfish.com and we will respond within 24hrs)
NEW ZEALAND:
option 1, standard delivery. Parcels will be sent by NZ tracked post. This service is tracked to the mailbox however does not require a signature. Target timing: parcels may take 3-6 business days to reach the destination.
option 2, courier. Parcels will be sent by tracked courier service and as such will require a signature upon receipt. Target timing is 1-3 business days to reach destination.
AUSTRALIA:
option 1, standard international airmail. Parcels will be sent by NZ international post. This service is not tracked, so does not require a signature. Target timing: parcels may take 3-12 business days to reach the destination. In the rare event a parcel does not reach the destination you will be required to wait an additional 7 days (if it has still not arrived) you will then need to fill in a 'missing parcel' form before we can confirm a replacement parcel will be sent.
option 2, international courier. Parcels will be sent by tracked courier service and as such will require a signature upon receipt. Target timing: parcels may take 3-6 business days to reach the destination.
Important note regarding TAXES & DUTY & CUSTOMS CLEARANCE:

SOUTH PACIFIC:
Parcels are sent by international courier. This is a tracked courier service and as such will require a signature upon receipt. Target timing: parcels may take 5-7 business days to reach the destination.

Any local taxes, duties or customs clearance charges which may or may not be incurred when a parcel enters the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
ASIA:
Parcels are sent by international courier. This is a tracked courier service and as such will require a signature upon receipt. Target timing: parcels may take 4-6 business days to reach the destination.

NORTH AMERICA & CANADA:
option 1, standard international airmail. Parcels will be sent by NZ international post. This service is not tracked, so does not require a signature. Target timing: parcels may take 6-16 business days to reach the destination. In the rare event a parcel does not reach the destination you will be required to wait an additional 10 days and then fill in a 'missing parcel' form before we can confirm if a replacement parcel will be sent.
option 2, international courier. Parcels will be sent by tracked courier service and as such will require a signature upon receipt. Target timing: parcels may take 4-9 business days to reach the destination.

UNITED KINGDOM, EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
Parcels will be sent by International Courier, this is a tracked courier service and as such will require a signature upon receipt. Target timing: parcels may take 4-9 business days to reach the destination.

NOTE: Little Red Fish reserves the right to decline to send any order to any destination where we are experiencing difficulty in delivering parcels or if there is an event or situation causing delays or unrest within an area. In such a case we will notify you via email and arrange a refund of your order in full.
TAXES, DUTY & CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CHARGES:
The customer is responsible for any additional taxes, customs clearance charges or duties which may be charged by the respective destination. Any such charges are not covered by Little Red Fish Limited.
HOLIDAY PERIODS:
During busy times or over holiday periods, such as Christmas or Easter - delivery may take longer than estimated.
TELEPHONE NUMBER:
We require your telephone number which we include on the package to assist in your parcel being delivered. This is a requirement and parcels will not be dispatched without a working telephone number.
We also ask for a working email address to be used when ordering so that we can reach you if we have any questions regarding your order.
ADDRESS DETAILS:
Please double check you have your address details are absolutely correct. Little Red Fish cannot be responsible for incorrectly supplied addresses or email addresses.
AVAILABILITY:
If any item is out of stock, we will notify you swiftly to discuss a solution. We will hold your whole order until we have discussed an agreeable solution with you.
FAILURE TO ARRIVE:
Should your parcel fail to arrive please notify us immediately at info@littleredfish.com (please include your order number). We will check the shipping in your area and/or track your parcel. In the rare event your parcel does not arrive you will be required to complete a 'missing parcel declaration' which we can email you, then we can establish wether your parcel requires replacement, a refund or an alternative arrangement.
TARGETED TIMINGS:
You can expect that your Little Red Fish parcel will usually arrive at its destination within the timeframe specified for each service. Little Red Fish does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we can't guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your package is held in Customs, may take longer.
