How do I search for what I’m looking for?

We’ve designed our website so there are a number of ways you can search for your child’s swimwear. From the landing page when you enter www.littleredfish.com you may search under a broad category such as ‘babies’ ‘girls’ ‘boys’ ‘new styles’ or ‘specials’ simply by clicking on the relevant image and heading.

Alternatively you can use the menu bar which appears horizontally along the top at all times. There are various headings to help you find your way; ‘home’ ‘babies & toddlers’ ‘little girls 1-6y’ ‘girls 6-14y’ ‘little boys 1-6y’ or ‘boys 6-14y’. You’ll notice when you run the cursor over the menu bar you will also see a selection of drop down menus such as: ‘view all’ or specific sizes. There is also the option to search for specific garments here, such as ‘Full suits’ ‘Rash shirts’ ‘Swim shorts and board shorts’ ‘bikini tops and bikini pants’ ‘one piece swimsuits’ ‘Hats & Accessories’ and ‘sale’.

You also have the option to search by typing a key-word in the search box in the top right hand corner (with the magnifying glass symbol to the right).

How do I place my order?

When you visit our littleredfish.com we suggest the first thing you do is choose the currency you would prefer to shop in (this appears as a drop down option on the menu bar, at the top right).

Then simply find the garment you would like to add to your shopping bag (cart). There are often more colours available than that shown in the first photo, when you click ‘shop now’ you will then be on the garment page, here you choose the colour, size and quantity you would like, and simply click ‘add to bag’. At this stage you can either continue to shop or go to the check-out to complete your purchase.

What sizes do you carry?

We have garments designed for ages 0-1y, 1-2y, 2-4y, 4-6y, 6-8y, 8-10y, 10-12y and 12-14 years. However different styles come in a varying range of sizes depending on what age child that style is best suited to.

What types of payment do you take?

Currently we accept payments via PAYPAL. Via PayPal you can make payments with your Visa, Mastercard or AMEX. We are unable to accept cash, cheques or vouchers.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us via email immediately (please note your order number for reference). If your order has not been dispatched, we will be able to cancel your order and arrange a full refund. If your order has been dispatched you will need to cover the cost to return the garments (in new condition, with all tags in place, within 30 days) to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please note we are unable refund delivery charges once a parcel has been dispatched.

What if my Little Red Fish swimwear does not fit when I receive it?

We understand that buying online can be difficult. If you have purchased your swimwear online from www.littleredfish.com it's no problem to return the swimmer in new, unworn condition within a certain timeframe to exchange sizes. In fact, we are more than happy to post you out the exchange at no cost! Please see our section on 'Returns and Exchanges' for further details & conditions. If you have purchased your Little Red Fish swimwear from one of our retailers please ensure you return your garments directly to that retailer.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, if you need to return your Little Red Fish swimwear (that was purchased online at www.littleredfish.com) we will refund your item (excluding the shipping) or we can exchange your swimwear for a different color or size providing the following conditions are met:

Ensure you email us at info@littlerefish.com to advise you would like to exchange a garment. Please detail your order number and reason for exchange. We will provide a ‘returns form’ via email which must be completed and a copy included with any garment you are returning.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 40 days from the original purchase date.

Any garment returned must be unused, in a resaleable condition with all tags attached for your return to be accepted.

While we are happy to exchange we do not refund.

Little Red Fish does not cover the cost of the garment being returned, however we will cover the cost of delivering your replacement goods.

We must receive the return garment before your replacement garment can be dispatched.

Is Little Red Fish a New Zealand company?

Yes, Little Red Fish is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated company. All of our garments are designed in New Zealand. Our garments and fabrics are manufactured in New Zealand and China. All garments are quality checked in New Zealand and ship from Auckland to our customers around the world.
